Georgia Medical Marijuana Telemedicine - How Does it Work?
After you schedule your telemedicine appointment online, a patient intake form will be emailed to you to be completed. While submitting your form, you will also need to provide us with a copy of a current Georgia driver's license or state-issued ID.
Once your information is received, we will email you your appointment details, which will include a link to your virtual evaluation. When it comes time for your appointment to begin, you will be connected to one of our physicians who will review your patient records, discuss medical marijuana treatment, and upon receiving approval, write your certification. It's that simple!
